Who we are

fundingme.eu is an independent service that indexes public European Commission funding calls and ranks them against a company description you provide. Contact: hello@fundingme.eu.

What we collect

• Company descriptions submitted through the grant-fit assessment.
• Email addresses used for accounts, unlocks, alerts, or support.
• Billing tokens and payment status from Stripe; full card numbers are not stored by fundingme.eu.
• Usage, error, IP, user-agent, and referrer data needed for security, debugging, and rate limiting.
• Session cookies needed to keep users signed in and preserve paid access.

How we use data

• To run the match requested and return a ranked shortlist.
• To operate accounts, subscriptions, credits, and paid unlock recovery.
• To send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets.
• To debug failures, prevent abuse, and improve matching quality.
• To route credible matches to specialists only when that workflow is explicitly requested or enabled.

Processors

The service may use Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for billing, OpenAI or Anthropic for embeddings and language-model scoring, Sentry for error monitoring, and Netlify or Render for hosting. We use these processors to deliver the service, not to sell or broker personal data.

Retention

• Match artifacts are retained for a limited recovery window and then removed or aged out according to the active product policy.
• Usage logs and error traces are retained for short debugging windows.
• Account and billing records are retained while the account exists and as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Your rights

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws apply, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. Email hello@fundingme.eu. We will respond within the legally required window.
